Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry, Chipoka Mulenga on 27th December, 2022 visited the Jewel of Africa offices located in Lusaka.

Jewel of Africa is a wholly Zambian owned business that is engaged in the mining of gemstones, cutting and polishing, design and manufacture of jewellery and retail directly to consumers worldwide.

As a Zambian company they are vested in the value addition of our natural resources which creates jobs, skills transfer and multiplication of value to the mined gems.

Their beautifully crafted world class jewellery demonstrates the ability to add value and create world class products.

The purpose of the visit was for the Minister to appreciate the works of the company as a player in the manufacturing and mining industry.
