The Ministry of Commerce Trade and Industry (MCTI) is Zambia’s principal Government body responsible for administering national policy for private sector development. It coordinates industrial, commercial and trade matters and liaises with various public and private sector organisations to facilitate the implementation of government sector policies related to trade and industry. This is in line with the Ministry’s mission statement. “To promote and facilitate inclusive growth and competitiveness of industry and commerce”.

Hon. Chipoka Mulenga is an elected Member of Parliament for Chingola constituency and Minister of Commerce Trade and Industry in Zambia.

He was elected on Thursday 12th August, 2021. He holds a Bechelor of Commerce in Enterprenuership and a Diploma in Surveying. Hon. Mulenga is passionate on issues relating to development, trade and industry of .Zambia.
