Legal Frameworks and Procedures
Activities under this intervention hinge on addressing the inadequate legal framework on trade facilitation so as to align it to the contemporary trade facilitation issues. It also involves harmonizing of respective laws dealing with trade facilitation issues so as to address any ambiguities and ensure that there is coherence among the different laws.
ICT and Connectivity
Activities surrounding ICT infrastructure and networking. ICTs allows for efficient communication and the establishment of automated systems that improve management of resources.
Hard Infrastructure
Hard infrastructure is essential in the progression of the ZBPUP project. Infrastructure provides the machinery and structures necessary to effectively utulize and maintain resources .
Capacity Building
These are activities that involve dissemination of information, building and developing skills and abilities that will be essential to the coordination of operations of the ZBPUP.
